September Issue
Editor's Note

As I research for festivals from around the world, I land at some of the most bizarre world events. It only makes me wonder ‘Who came up with this?” Many festivals I encounter don’t land into my Top 15 list for various reasons. Firstly, I would like to keep the list international, listing festivals from different countries. Secondly, lack of information holds me back. That said, each event has its own magic and awkwardness, hence I would like to praise them anyway.

Some of these festivals are so unheard of that you won’t know them unless you live in that country. Here is what I am talking about. Feel free to research them and share your findings in our festivals comment box.

International Regatta of Bathtubs
Dinant, Belgium, August

Nude Olympics
Flagstaff, USA, August

Beard and Moustache Championship
Italy, August

Donkey Racing
Croatia and France, August

Watermelon Speed Eating and Spitting Championships
Pardeeville, USA, September 13

And there are so many more… But let us get to our September Issue. This month Jenny teaches us how to be a gracious guest, while Kyle introduces us to a different side of Nepal. For all the diving pros and novices, learn from Sarah as she indulges us into the waters of Bonaire with her words and video clip. Later, take a rest with Laci in the little Irish town, Dingle. I also asked the Art Director to take us Through His Lens on a journey into the wildlife and nature of Peruvian Ballestas Islands.

So sit back, grab your mouse and enjoy!
